Phyllis Ma

马霭欣 Phyllis MA，2019年毕业于香港知专设计学院(HKDI)男装时装设计，并于2021年毕业于香港理⼯⼤学时装及纺织学系。她曾获得2019年SBS拉链设计比赛的奖项，及入围了2019年⽪草设计比赛的半决赛。她更于2021年把毕业作品于闹市中拍摄影⽚参加 International Student Fashion Film Contest 2021，最终获得优异，并且获得由Fenix Group Holdings Limited所颁发的ISFFC 2021 Outstanding Performance Scholarship。

Phyllis特别喜爱探索男装设计，因为她希望能够从女性的⾓度为男⼠设计独特的时装，所以她每次的作品和毕业作品都集中于男装。她设计的风格偏向型格、拥有街头风格和⼤廓形的剪裁，但设计的重点必定是⾊彩缤纷和拥有独特的布料，因为可以令整个设计更有趣及亮丽。因此她两次的毕业作品也加入了以上的完素，甚⾄今次的毕业作品「迷幻⾺戏团」更展示了她如何使⽤数码影刷把她独特⾊彩丰富的图案设计配搭在布料上，为是次的服装系列显得更特别，并赋予强烈的视觉效果。

Phyllis MA graduated from the Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI) Fashion Design in Menswear in 2019. Afterwards, she was graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University Fashion and Textile Design in 2021. She had won the SBS Zipper Design Competition 2019 and was shortlisted for the semi-final of the Fur Design Competition 2019. In 2021, she had filmed her graduation collection in the downtown area to participate in the International Student Fashion Film Contest 2021 and gain the merit award. Additionally, she also received the ISFFC 2021 Outstanding Performance Scholarship in this competition which was presented by the Fenix Group Holdings Limited.

Phyllis really loves to explore menswear design, she hopes can through the female perspective help men for designing unique fashion, therefore, each of her designs and graduation collection focused on menswear. Her design style directions are style in cool, with streetwear style and bulky silhouettes. However, her design must include fabulous colours with unique fabrics because she thinks this can make the design feel more interesting and bright. Thence, both of the graduation collections had applied the above elements, even the collection “PSYCHEDELIC CIRCUS” showing this time also present how she applying her unique colourful pattern designs onto the fabrics with using the technique of digital printing, given her collection become special and provide a strong visual impact.
