为不断追求时装制作上的知识，朱恺欣Niki一直努力修读不同时装设计科目。她特别钟情维多利亚时期的服装设计风格，一直将此时期的服饰细节融合于不同的设计，如当代特式的手工刺绣及不同的皱褶方法，而衣服线条都是以突显腰线为主，因此裙子一般比较宽松及呈A-line线条。

而且她认为所有女士都有追求个人衣着喜好的权利，穿着任何类型及设计的服装，而不应该被所谓的建议或批评所限制，包括剪裁、款式、图案及颜色，只要喜欢就可以穿着。因此她不断在款式搭配，颜色、图案协调及尺寸剪裁等方面钻研，追求深入的了解及创作更好的服装作品。

Niki现时已经拥有个人服装品牌「Like Each Of Us」，以「即使身形不同的女士都能穿上的设计服饰」为创作理念而设立。品牌不仅保留着她融合了维多利亚式细节的独特风格，同时紧贴着市场潮流及需要。她相信创造力是其服装品牌蓬勃发展的关键。

Niki has been studying different fashion design subjects in order to continuously improve her knowledge on fashion creation. Niki loves the style of clothing in the Victorian period very much and has always merged the details of Victorian clothes with different designs, for example, the unique handmade embroidery and different pleat methods, the unique lines of clothes in that period are mainly to highlight the waist line, so the dress usually in loose cut with an A-line shape.

She believes that all women have the rights to pursue their own fashion styles, dress in any styles and designs they like and should not be restricted by so-called recommendations or critics, including silhouettes, styles, patterns and colors, just wear whatever you like. Therefore, she makes effort on styling, color and pattern matching, sizing, cutting and silhouette in order to have a deep understanding and to create good designs.

Niki established her own fashion label “Like Each Of Us” with the design philosophy of “designing clothes suitable for women in different shapes”. The brand retains her unique style with Victorian details and at the same time keeps up with market trends and needs. Niki believes creativity is the key to her fashion brand’s thriving growth.
